Is my spouse still going to be entitled to half of our home once our divorce is finalif he signed an interspousal transfer grant deed?

My husband left our 3 week old baby and myself 3 days after receiving his green card. He wants half our home we just purchased 7 months ago. He signed an interspousal transfer grant deed at the time of the purchase. I am the only person on the loan and deed and am fully responsible for the loan payment. We have been married 3 years.

He deeded the house to you. That is called transmutation. He is not entitled to anything.
