What canIdo if I just informed my boss that I am 6 weeks pregnant and now he will only give me1 full day of work and he has hired2 new girls?

Can I sue him ? Or make him give me more work hours?

You may have a cause of action or legal claim. The law prohibits discriminating against women because of pregnancy. So assuming you could still work (i.e. you don't have some restriction on hours or duties due to medical complications), then if the employer has reduced your hours from what you had been getting after you told him you were pregnant, that may be illegal discrimination. You may wish to consult with an employment law attorney to discuss this situation and see what your rights and options are. Good luck.
