If I am currently selling my home and need to move into my rental home but my tenants won’t leave, what can I do?

If they do not have a lease you need to properly notice them and if they do not leave go to landlord tenant court to get an order for possession.

If they have a lease you can try and negotiate a buyout of the lease.
