If my employer told me that they will file my H-1 next year but it has just filed for Chapter 11, will it effect my H-1 filling?

I joined them in June.

Your employer filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy should not affect your H-1 filing because the company continues to operate its business under that type of bankruptcy.  For example, many airlines filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in recent years to reorganize their debts while continuing to operate.
