What should I do if I got pulled over by detectives today for buying $50 worth of pot and now they’re asking me to be an informant?

If I don’t, they said that they were going to make things tough on me.

Based upon the unfortunate situation that you have found yourself in, I suggest that you immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney to discuss what your legal options are and from there make a decision. if you agree to be an informant, make sure your attorney prepares an agreement setting forth the terms of what you will be doing to be signed by law enforcement.
