Can my Employer change my schedule/ reduce my hours after it has already been posted, without telling me?

I had a 19 hr scheduled week posted, but
now there has been breaks added to a
second copy, reducing my hrs to 17.
I also believe that my hrs are being
manually changed in the computer,
reducing the number of hrs I’ve actually
work.

Yes, your employer can schedule/reduce your hours after they have already been posted. The fact is that it can set the conditions of your employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). So unless this action violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, it is legal. Just be aware, that for any hours you work you must be paid, so if changes are made after you have put in the time, then you must be paid for it.

The fact is that it can set the conditions of your employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). So unless this action violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, it is legal. Just be aware, that for any hours you work you must be paid, so if changes are made after you have put in the time, then you must be paid for it.
