Can I take my soon-to-be ex-wife off my health insurance before we are divorced?

It depends on what your settlement agreement states.  Many state that one spouse will keep the other spouse on the insurance until the divorce is final.  Otherwise, there is no legal obligation to keep her on there but as a courtesy I would absolutely advise her of your intent.  Good luck.
