Can a spouse change lock on doors of home

Are divorce was final 2 months ago we own our
home out right he is supposed to pay me my
half he has not my name is sill on the home so
now with being lock out Im sleeping in a truck
is it legal for him to do that

No, if your name is still on the property, you are an owner of it. An owern of property cannot be locked out of it. You could go to your local county court and get a court order requiring him to let you in--the clerk's office can provide instructions on filing for this order.
