Can bankruptcy affect my getting real estate salesperson license (Texas)?

I could find no such prohibition.  You should therefore not have trouble in obtaining it.

However, I am not licensed to practice in your state.  Possibly there is some provision under state law of which I am unaware.  To confirm all of this, I would put a call into the licensing authority that issues such licenses to make certain.
