arrest report
i have a arrest report, but was never said to be under arrest and they took my finger print but no picture. is this a legal arrest?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area. The fact that you were arrested and have a court date is suffient for the case to be pending an that you have to deal with it. the fact that no picture ws take is the police's problem. you can challege the fact that the person arrested is not you or whatever else, but this does not affect the fact that the charges are pending. In other words, the police do not have to dismiss the case becasue they didnt take your picture. If you have court date make sure you show up with a lawyer if you can afford one.
