What is the definition of “cohabitate”?
In my divorce decree it states I cannot live with a certain person, is there a way around this?

To cohabitate is to live together with another--that is the common usage of the word and would be the usage used here, unless the divorce decree specifically says otherwise.
If the decree is clear on its face about what you can and cannot due, you cannot get around it unless you go to court to have the decree modified in some way. You should consult with a family law attorney; the attorney can review the divorce decree, to advise you of its limits and parameters, and can also evaluate whether there might be grounds to seek its modification.
