An early termination of probation could happen in one of two ways.  You could apply to the court that sentenced you to probation, and ask to have the sentence reduced.  It might also be possible for the probation department to discontinue it.

You haven't explained why you want, or need, to have the early termination of probation, so it's difficult to say what your chances are.  It can be done, but it doesn't happen often.

The circumstances of your DWI and "everything else" are also something that would be looked at here.  You should talk to your lawyer.  If you don't have one, or want another opinion, you can find a criminal lawyer near you at http://attorneypages.com
