What can I do to make the condo take care of the lawn?

I have bare spots and weeds. I did bring it up a the meeting and they said they would look into it. I have contacted the landscaper who has the contract and he said it’s not due to be done until maybe next year.

If you want the HOA to take better care of the lawn at the planned unit developement that you live it you need to carefully read its bylaws and rules/regulations concerning the lawn maintennace. From there, write the HOA as to all duties stated within the documents read (assuming there are references to maintenance) as well as from a practical point of the need to maintain the premises.

Absent such, there really is not much else you can do other than press the gardeners to do a better job with the lawn maintenance.
