The security procedures when traveling internationally involve checking certain information databases; including criminal records. Therefore, it is possible that your name will show up. However, even if your name does not show up as you are leaving the country, you'll have to pass several additional security checks. For example, typically once you arrive in your destination country, you will have to provide a visa upon entering. This visa must be obtained in advance or at the airport and in order to obtain one, a background check is required. If you have any outstanding warrants, you will be denied a visa and so you will be refused entry into the country. If you are already in the country, you can be taken into custody. Since security procedures vary from country-to-country, you will not know exactly what the procedures are until you get there.
