What to do if I’m trying to get accounting information on my revocable trust fund from thetrustee butthey refuse to do so?

I’m try to get copies of accounting information and deed from the trustee (my sister) but she refuses to do so. What do I need to do? The property was purchased for a business they tired to start without my knowledge. I created the revocable living trust because I’m incarcerated.

I am so sorry for your situation.  You need to contact an attorney to take on your cause on your behalf.  You need some one to check your state laws as the the obligations of the trustee and what will constitute a breach of the fiduciary duty you have entrusted to her. Generally speaking, each state requires that the trustee file an accounting each year.  If she is manipulating the funds for her benefit that is a serious offense.  Good luck.
