out, am I able to use my business LLC EIN information for tax purposes?

I don’t want to use my social security information.

You have to use the number of the person or entity who actually received the award of money and is being paid it. If *you* personally are being paid, you need to use your social security number. If your LLC was the one which received the settlement, then you could use its EIN.
