Rebranding an existing product
I have an idea for a kitchen product that would require special paper. This paper is available on-line by volume, by a well-known manufacturer. Can I buy this paper (the paper itself is not branded), rename, repackage and resell for a specific use?

What you need to do is contact a local attorney who handles patents and specializes in issues dealing with branding and what is and is not protected. Although some products you can repackage and resell without knowing the specifics of the company your buying from or the plan to resell I cannot provide an answer that I would be comfortable with you relying on
