Reasonable accomdations.

If a worker is injured at work and found accomdations but a coworker sustains the same injury at home and is told he cannot return until he is fully recovered is this a violation of finding “reasonable accomodations”?

You would need to have an attorney in your area go over all of the facts of the case, for a good idea if this is worth pursuing.  There is almost certainly more factual detail involved, and those details can be critical.  Also , there are some variations in this area of the law, from one state to the next, and I don't practice in Pennsylvania.  You can find qualified lawyers in a number of places, including our website, http://attorneypages.com

Workplace injuries are governed by the workers compensation laws, and that is a very different system from how other injuries are handled.
