What are my rights regarding compensation if my power was shut off for 150 consecutive hours due to the power company’s error?

The power company’s error has acknowledge it error and has taken responsibility for it. I live in a mountain town and it was snowing for some of those hours, so I had no way to heat my home. What are my rights as far as compensation for the situation?

Question is: what are your damages? What was the reason power was shut off? Power company has the duty to provide power however if there was no damage, then there is most likely no recovery/compensation.
