I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mother died "intestate" so the intestacy laws in the state of Arkansas will apply for distribution of her estate. I am assuming that your Father is also deceased and so it is only you and your siblings. So your Mom is considered single under the law. When a single person with children dies without a will, Arkansas law provides that the entire estate goes to the children. You all get an equal share. Good luck.
