I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney with respect to the child support issue that you have written about in that your question is quite vague to allow a definitive response. If the boyfriend who is the father of the child is paying support to some degree but you are receiving AFDC, you need to return the forms sent you filled out and dated. Keep a copy of such for future use and need.
