If she owns the house, not you, then yes, she can make you leave without notice *unless* you have a lease and/or are paying rent--in those events, you would be a tenant, and could only be evicted as a tenant: that is, for nonpayment or some other lease violation; at the expiration of a written lease; or on 30 days notice for an oral lease.
However, if you are not a tenant you are a guest, and guests only reside at the home owner's permission--which permission may be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice. The fact that you have lived there for many years does not give you any rights.
