In most states a minor cannot marry without parental consent, whether or not pregnant. Tennessee requires the consent of both parents for a minor who is between the ages of 16 and 18. The same would apply for those who are under 15. Bottom line is pregnancy is not a factor in qualifying for a marriage; especially since paternity cannot be tested until after birth. Ultimately, if this is to determine if a marriage is legal, a letter from a physician is not sufficient.
