In applying for my medical license, am I required to report that I had a felony conviction for the sale of marijuana when I was a juvenile?

It was a conviction that was subsequently expunged.

You need to find out if the conviction was expunged. If it was, then you need to ensure it is no longer listed on your state criminal record or the FBI criminal record background check. As long as it is gone, you should be fine and do not need to report; that is the advantage of expungement.
