If my ex-husband got one of the cars in our divorce settlement and then signed it over to our daughter, am I responsible for half the expenses for it?

He signed it over to her after the divorce. I have been paying half her gas bills but am I responsible for half of the cost for new tires when he is the one that got the car in the divorce settlement?
