If you have a letter from a person affiliated with the medical training facility that you are attending stating that your money would be refunded, you need to send a confirming letter in return accepting the offer and request that the refund be made by a certain date.

If the refund does not come within a reasonable time period, another letter requesting the money back should be made with a payment date. If not done by the second time period request, your option would be small claims court most likely.
