Is it was legal for my supervisor to tell my co-workers my personal business?

That is things related to my personal life and living situation. And or about my sexual harrassment case? I want to press charges

Yes, it is legal to tell your co-workers this, just as it would be legal for a friend or family member to divulge your personal business to other people. The law does not require employers to keep anything confidential unless 1) there is an actual confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement; 2) there was a court order requiring confidentiality; or 3) the information is certain kinds of specifically legally protected information--that is, it can't divulge social security or bank account numbers, for example. But other information can be divulged, though it is certainly inappropriate and unprofessional to do so.
