DUIs are serious because you can not only harm yourself and those in your vehicle but others in the road (driving, riding their bicycles or walking). Three in 10 years if all are felony counts is alarming. You should seek criminal defense counsel immediately and discuss what options you may have (which should include some form of rehabilitation if you wish to retain your license).
