I have a trampoline, never gave permission for others to use it, neighbor got hurt now the want my home owners to get involved.
Neighbor lady stopped by and said 5 yr old son broke arm trying to get on my tramp. I was not home, I never gave permission to use it. I really don’t even know if lady is telling the truth. Shouldn’t mother be responsible for watching 5 yr old?

As the owner of the property, you are liable for the child's injury on your trampoline even if the child was a trespasser and even though you never gave permission for others to use the trampoline.
It would be advisable to refer the matter to your homeowner's insurance carrier.
Liability for the child's injury will include the medical bills and pain and suffering which is an amount in addition to the medical bills based on the medical reports which document the nature and extent of the injury.
Your homeowner's insurance will handle the matter for you and most likely the case will be settled. Don't worry about it.
