How long do I have to give a person to removetheir junk off of my newly purchased property?
I am buying a piece of property that has a garage on it. There are junk cars in and around this garage not belonging to the seller.

When you signed your purchase contract for the property after you inspected it, did you have a condition in the agreement that the seller had to take the items on it, such as the junk cars before close of escrow? If not, you should have in that money from the home's sale could have been held back to make sure the seller took the cars before close of escrow.
I presume the your purchase has now closed? If so, contact your real estate agent about the junk cars left behind insisting that you want the seller to have them removed at his or her cost by a certain deadline. If they are not removed by the deadline imposed by you, have the cars removed at your cost and send the seller a bill for the fee. If the seller does not pay the fee within a reasonable time, your recourse would be a legal action to get back your costs for removal.
