What to do about expenses if I’m a co-executor of an estate?

I have siblings out of state and they want to be reimbursed for travel to the funeral, and anything that will be divided to be shipped paid for out of the estate. We have a Will and it does not state this to be carried out. They claim that the deceased told/and or wrote down that this was to be handled that way. If it is not in the will but could be in writing elsewhere do we have to honor that?

If there is a codicil to the will, it would have to be incorporated into the will or vice versa and if one has not been found, then these beneficiaries or attendants would have to sue the estate and prove in a court of law in front of a probate judge how and why they should be reimbursed and prove it with a copy of the will or codicil.
