How much notice does a landowner of a mobile home park need to give for a new fee?
Just received in the mail today notice that a new fee that needs to be paid in our lot rent payment in 4 weeks. Don’t they have to give us notice for more time than that?

If you have a written lease with your landlord for the premises that you are renting, the written lease would control the notice period for any new fees for your rental assuming it is mentioned in the document. If the document is silent about notice requirements for a new fee to be assessed on the lot, custom and practice in the real property rental business is that 30 days notice of a new fee is acceptable.
