How is an esate bond cancelled in Pa?
A bond was required for an adminstrator of an estate in Pa. She lives in another state. There was no will. The county says the state releases it, the state says the county. The insurance co. does not know.

Okay, well...estate bonds are also known as probate bonds.
Contact the Maryland Insurance Administration http://www.mdinsurance.state.md.us/sa/jsp/Mia.jsp because I am having a difficult time finding this information, as well.

It may be self canceling, as well.
