How enforceable is a non-compete agreement which is a right to work state?
My vendor company has lost its contract with the company I work for. I have the opportunity to switch to another vendor company to stay working for the same company.

"Right to work" refers to unions; it has nothing to do with non-competition agreements. A non-competition agreement is a contract; and like any other contract, it is fully enforceable in any state, whether the state it was created in or not, or whether it is a right to work state or not.
