How can I find out what attorney is handling my dad’s estate if the administrator won’t tell me?

I can find no record of the Will being filed in court. My dad died 6 months ago.

If you have the original Will (or a copy of it) you can file a petition on your own to probate your father's estate even if you are not named as the executor of it.

However, to answer your question, why don't you simply ask the named executor under your father's Will who he or she has retained to probate the estate as its attorney? If there is no record of a probate filing of your father's Will in the county where he resided when he passed, then most likely there has been no probate filing assuming your father had a Will in place at the time of his passing.
