Do I have to pay a registration fee if I decided after 11 hours that I did not want my son at daycare?

I put my son in daycare and after 11 hours I decided that I did not want him going there and they want me to pay a registraion fee. I need to know if I legally am obligated to pay the fee or if I just have to pay for the day of care he recieved?

Whether or not you are entitled to the return of your son's day care registration fee after having paid the fee within 11 hours depends upon what the presumed contract states as to refunds and the center's policy on the subject.

As such, I suggest that you carefully read the contract for the day care that you presumably signed as to refund issues and then contact the center's representative as to its policy on the subject.
