I was living with a man for a few months. In March he left and took much of his posessions with him. He brought some clothes over and stayed with me May 21, 2009 and commited domestic abuse on May 24, 2009 against me. He is not answering phone calls about getting the rest of his stuff out. My father owns the house…I do not pay rent. Our agreement was for the guy to help me with my bills in leiu of paying rent. His stuff is all over in my garage and lawn. What are my rights?

You don't have rights -- you are not the owner and not really a tenant. So, your father can contact the police and see if they can help with a civil escort -- to bring the guy over while you are not home but your father is there to take his things. If the guy doesn't answer, your father can try to "evict" him and then wait the requisite statutory time period in your state to consider it abandoned.
