I work for a credit union and i was hired 6

Do you have an employment contract or union agreement that gurantees your work schedule? Is your treatment the result of some form of legally actionable discrimination? If not, then as an "at will" worker, your company can change the conditions of your employment much as it sses fit. If this is not acceptable to you, you can either complain but risk termination or quit.
