Can I take the appliances in my house when I move, if my wife has not listed them on the list of the things she wants from my house?
My wife clearly stated the items she wanted from our beach house and the appliances were not listed. She is now moving from the marital home to the beach house and I am moving from the beach house to the marital home. She has completely trashed the appliances in the marital home and I want to know if I can legally take the appliances from the beach house since she did not specify that she wanted them?

Appliances are considered fixtures to a home and are generally not taken upon a "sale." However, if you intend on taking them I would not just do it but rather I would add them to your list or if she caused such a problem with the ones in the marital home, tell your lawyer that you want a set off to replace them.
