Can I file for a fee waiver for the rest of my divorce fee?

When I entered for the fee waiver last year I was ordered to make payments as I made over the

income for a one person household. I now make less that the one person household limit and can no longer afford to make my payments.

You can file another fee waiver form.  Complete the requested information as you did on the original fee waiver.  It would be advisable to attach a declaration signed under penalty of perjury stating what occurred with your change in income and that your present income is below the income for a one person household.
