I work for a credit union and the site where I work is a campus for another company. There

Yes, they have the legal right to ban you. You are parking on another company's property, according to what you write. The company which owns or leases that space (and so controls it) can ban anyone from its parking whom it believes is using non-public spaces. The problem you have is that your employer does not evidently control where you park; the company that controls that parking area can bar you from it if it believes you are violating its rules, taking up spaces for other people to park, etc.
