Can a police chief make you leavethe county?

My daughter had 2 driving on a suspended. Though her lawyers didn’t do the implied consent hearing prior to her DUI trial. Where she would have been able to drive on a restricted license and chose to drive to work anyway. In order to get the police to change or drop the second ticket he requested she leave the county. Is this a routine procedure?

I have never heard the police or prosecutor request that someone leave their town in exchange for a reduced plea or ticket. Because this is a crimnal matter, I would contact a local criminal defense attorney in your area who can assistyour daughter and challenge the request of the police chief.
