If my boyfriend and I bought home together and the mortgage in his name but quit claimed to both of us, can I make him leave?

We have children and he is abusive. I can’t afford to buy a new home but he can and has good credit. I can’t leave but can’t stay in this situation.

You need to seek legal help here with this matter a soon as you can.  You do not have the same rights a in a marriage which would allow you to ask for exclusive use in a divorce action so you are going to have to ask for exclusive use on another front.  If he is abusive then consider an order of protection. As co owners you have the same rights under the law with regards to ownership and occupancy. Get help.  Good luck.
