What to do if lawyer is not replying to a client’s phone calls after a claim has been filed with an insurance company?

You might want to contact the Iowa State Bar and inform it that your attorney is not returning your calls.  

A call from the State Bar to your attorney will prompt the attorney to return your calls.  No attorney wants to receive a call or letter from the State Bar regarding a client's complaint.
