repeatedly denied by insurance company for obvious ongoing roof damage

Want recourse do I have if my insurance company repeatedly deny my claim,
threatens to drop me, but my roof issues are worsening?

You may be able to sue the insurance company on a bad faith claim, but it would depend on the
reason(s) for the insurance company's denial of your claim.
Prior to filing a lawsuit on a bad faith claim, it would be advisable to contact your state's insurance commissioner and file a complaint against the insurance company.  Perhaps the insurance commissioner may be able to resolve the matter.
