i was caugt on camera stealing i returned one item .when the store was questioning me i was lead to believe i was not going to get arrested. if wrote a statement after 2 hrs they told me i was going to jail police came i was never read my rights i was refused a phone call and never got to use the rest room..now due to this i risk losing my reg job.

The store didn't have to read you your rights, because they're not the police.  And if the police don't question you, other than getting identifying information (name, address, etc.), they don't have to read you your rights either.
