If my wife and I have a court agreeent regarding custody and visitation, can she tell me not to bringour daughterto my parents or around my girlfriend?

Visitation agreement which says nothing about who I can bring our daughter around.

That is silly. She has no right to tell you what to do or not to do in your time if there is not a court order.
