What to do if my discharge was 4 years ago and it included my house but I received letters from an attorney stating the house was going into foreclosure?

How does this work, am I still legal owner?

As long as the house and the deficiency was listed on the bankruptcy and you did not reaffirm the mortgage then you should have nothing to worry about.  The foreclosure is just late in coming and the attorney is under a legal obligation to notify you since you are still the owner of record. I would just have some one take a look at the discharge to make sure all is good. Good luck.
