If I had a DUI with license restrictions, if I moved out-of-state will my restrictions carry over?

Good question. If you move out of state and use your current driver's license in your new state or residence, your license restrictions will carry over to the new state.

I suggest that if you do not want any license restrictions that you apply for a driver's license in your new state of residence.
