What can I do if I had a roofing company come to my home to make a repair but I am dissatisfied with the work?

However, what we paid them to do and what they did are different. Being dissatisfied with their work, I called to request a refund. After an exchange of words, the manager said he’d offer the refund and told me not to call back. He said it would be two weeks before the money would be refunded, but now it’s been three. All attempts to contact him since have failed. What can I do to get my money refunded to me? And on the bottom of the invoice, it does state that refunds are offered if customers aren’t satisfied with the work.

You can sue the roofing company for breach of contract.

Your damages (the amount of compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) would be the amount of your refund.

You will need to file your lawsuit prior to the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations or you will lose your rights forever  in the matter.
